If we feel we can assist, we will issue a Term Sheet at no cost the applicant. The applicant will then return the signed Term, and we will provide a Conditional Letter of Offer. Once the Conditional Letter of Offer is signed and returned, our project team leader will assign an analyst and book the transaction into our system.
